Residents’ Survey 2025

How do you feel about living in the borough of Reigate & Banstead? 

Thank you for responding to our postcard mailshot sent to randomly-selected households throughout the borough. 

We’d be grateful if you could spare the time to take part. We will be using your feedback to help inform our plans and priorities for your local area, so please be as honest and detailed as possible.

N.B. this link should only be used by households selected at random who've received a postcard invitation.

Take part

Taking part is completely voluntary, and the survey will take around 15 minutes to complete.

The survey opened at midday Monday 20 January 2025 and will close at midday Monday 17 February 2025.

As a thank you for participating in the survey we’re offering you the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of three £50 Love2Shop vouchers.

If you’re unable to access the survey online, paper survey questionnaires can be requested by calling 01737 276 000 (Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm) or emailing engagement@reigate-banstead.gov.uk. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can message us your request to 0783 462 6468. Your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will not be personally identifiable in any analysis or reports. Personal contact details will only be collected if you wish to enter the prize draw and will not be used for any other purposes.

We will share the headline results of this survey on our website at www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk/consultation when they become available.
