Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The draw is open to residents of the borough of Reigate & Banstead, Surrey, UK, aged 18 or over at the time of the draw.
2. The draw is not open to employees of Reigate & Banstead Borough Council or to members of their immediate families.
3. Entries must be on the original survey form or online at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/28LYWT/
4. No photocopies allowed.
5. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or damaged.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all surveys received by the closing date.
7. The winner will be notified within 15 working days of the closing date.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
9. If the winner is not contactable after 21 days, a re-draw may take place.
10. Reigate & Banstead Borough Council shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the prize/the winner’s acceptance and use/enjoyment of the prize.
11. By participating in the survey you are agreeing for us to use your comments for publicity and promotion of Borough News.

£100 shopping voucher

The shopping voucher will be purchased by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and issued to the winner. The shopping voucher can be for John Lewis/Waitrose, Amazon, Love2shop or any other major retailer to be agreed with the winner, subject to availability.

There is no prize substitution or cash alternative.
