One of our priorities is to maintain and improve the fabric of homes in the private sector and to ensure our residents' homes are safe, fit and meet legislative standards. Private sector housing repairs assistance
We set aside part of our capital annual budget to help vulnerable, private homeowners who need repairs and adaptations carried out to their home.
The following types of grant and loan are available.
Our Home Improvement Agency provider, Millbrook Healthcare Ltd, can provide assistance with the administration of disabled facilities grants and some smaller scale works.
