2023 The Rise, Marketfield Way - a brand-new leisure, retail and residential development - The Rise -  at the western side of Marketfield Way and the end of the High Street, transforming Redhill town centre into a vibrant destination
2022 Wheatley Court, Cromwell Road - delivered 32 new one and two-bedroom flats over four-storeys for social rent above new commercial space on the ground floor, replacing outdated shops and flats
2017 Warwick Quadrant redevelopment - a high quality modern development to provide a larger Sainsbury’s store, Travelodge and gym, updated entrance to The Harlequin Theatre and a car park upgrade (approximately 875 spaces) plus public space improvements to the pedestrianised area of London Road
2015 Memorial Park refurbishment - we have invested £1.5 million in Memorial Park to provide a more open and welcoming main entrance, a new café, playground, orchard and sensory garden, better pedestrian and cycle routes through the park, an enhanced sports zone, and an events area
2012 Station Road public space improvements - we created new public space in Station Road providing new seating, improved lighting, attractive planting and better cycle storage
2012 We were successful in securing "Pinch Point" funding from the Department for Transport to deliver the Redhill Balanced Network, working with Surrey County Council. This has created improved walking and cycling connections as well as a much improved road network around Redhill town centre for residents, businesses and visitors.
2011 We funded improvements to Donyngs Leisure Centre
