Overview
As part of the regeneration of the Preston Estate in Tadworth, the Council agreed to bring forward a site for residential development at Pitwood Park. The site was formerly occupied by an industrial building and was demolished at the end of 2018.
The Council applied for and was granted consent to redevelop the site for residential in June 2018 (18/01156/F) to deliver 25 new homes. The scheme delivered:
- three one-bedroom flats
- six two-bedroom flats
- eight two bedroom houses and
- eight three-bedroom houses.
The scheme provide a mix of open-market sale homes, and homes to be purchased via a Housing Association as shared ownership.
Works commenced in April 2020 by our appointed contractor, Thakeham Client Ltd.
The development completed in the summer of 2021. All homes have now either been sold or have been reserved.
