Expression of interest - Westvale Park neighbourhood hall

In early February we launched a process inviting expressions of interest from community groups and organisations to operate and manage the Westvale Park neighbourhood hall. We invited organisations who are passionate about creating a welcoming neighbourhood hall and venue where people can come together, offering a range of activities and events, as well as engaging with other community partnerships and groups to make a positive impact for the local community.

The expression of interest process is now closed, and we are reviewing the applications. We will invite the highest scoring applicants to submit a 5-year business plan for Westvale Park Neighbourhood Hall.

About the site

Westvale Park is a new community located in the northwest of Horley which, when fully completed will have 1,510 homes, supported by a variety of on-site infrastructure.

At the heart of Westvale will be a neighbourhood centre, which will include a primary school and nursery, community hall and shops.

The neighbourhood hall is the second community building being delivered at Westvale Park. It is currently under construction and is expected to be complete in May 2025.
