Annual Canvass
Annual household electoral registration canvass 2024
The council will be carrying out its annual statutory review of the electoral register between August and 1 December this year to ensure that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. During the canvass we must contact every property to find out if there are any changes to the household so we can remove the people who no longer live there and invite new occupants to register to vote.
We will be contacting households by email, text, telephone or paper form - please respond promptly if you are contacted. Only one person is required to respond on behalf of the household.
Emails from the Electoral Registration Officer will only be sent from the address: reigate.and.banstead.borough.council.electoral.services@notifications.service.gov.uk
