1. Facing homelessness
If you think you might become homeless, we will try and help you to prevent this.
Our advice and assistance will vary depending on your situation.
We are required to provide you with the following advice about:
- your rights if you are homeless or threatened with homelessness
- preventing homelessness
- securing accommodation when homeless
- the help that is available to you from Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and other organisations in the borough
- how to access that help.
All calls will always remain confidential and respectful to your situation.
We have a range of common housing problem information pages which will provide you with detailed housing advice and options that may be available to you. Please take the time to read these.
If you are homeless or are concerned that you are threatened with homelessness, please contact us as soon as possible. Do not leave it until the last minute.
