Complaints

Customers have the right to make a complaint or request information from local authorities under the Equality Act 2010. Equality related complaints will be dealt with in accordance with the Council’s Complaints Procedures, more information about which is available on the complaints page.

The Government also provides guidance about what to do if you think you have been unfairly discriminated against:
