Here are some options for recycling your real Christmas tree. 

Garden waste service members

The annual two-week suspension of the garden waste service resumes on Monday 8 January and throughout January members can recycle their real Christmas trees with their usual garden waste collection. 

• Put your tree out with your brown wheeled garden bin on your usual garden waste collection day
• Remember to remove all decorations

Alternative ways to recycle your Christmas tree

If you have not joined our Garden Waste Service, you can take your old Christmas trees to your local Community Recycling Centre. A link to the Earlswood and Epsom centres can be found at:

If you do not have access to a vehicle, you may want to speak to a neighbour, friend or member of your family to ask if they can help.
