Pay by post

Make your cheque payable to 'Reigate & Banstead Borough Council', write your Penalty Charge Notice number (see above) and vehicle registration on the back, then send it to: Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, Finance Department, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0SH.

Pay parking fine online

Please note you can't challenge a parking fine once you have paid it.

You can't pay online if:

  • you have received a bailiff’s letter – please contact the bailiff directly
  • you are trying to pay part of the full debt - payment online must be the full value of the Penalty Charge Notice.
