Documentation for planning applications can be viewed and downloaded via our planning application search:
Instructions on how to search for an application:
- visit the Planning application search
- in the search box enter the reference number/postcode/keyword and click 'search'
- click on the relevant application
- click on related/associated documents
This should provide you with the documents relating to the requested planning application.
If the decision notice is not available on the website, please email landcharges@reigate-banstead.gov.uk so it can be looked into further. Visit our Land Charges webpage for further information on what they can provide.

Town Hall computers
Please note computers are available in the Town Hall to view our website. The computers are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.45pm Friday.
