Arts takeover is back!
Following the success of 2023s week arts takeover is back for 2024 with more sessions and opportunities to take part in the arts.
The week is designed to showcase the enormous personal and communal benefits art and creativity offer.
You can take part in all sorts of workshops from comedy writing to poetry to learning DJ skills as well as the traditional art, pottery and photography sessions (cost range from £5 - £20). There are also performances to enjoy throughout the week around the town centre.
For 2024, we are excited to host DAiSY – the association for disabled artists, with a gigantic and immersive exhibition in the Belfry Shopping centre.
