Recycling and refuse collections

Your bin must be placed on the boundary of your property by 6am on your scheduled collection day.

You can't report a missed bin if:

  • it is before 3pm (the crew may come back)
  • a whole road has been missed (we will be back to collect the next working day)
  • it has been after two working days (you will need to wait for your next collection)
  • the recycling is contaminated (check the What can go in each container page for more info)
