We can collect most household items such as washing machines, sofas and beds. All items must be placed outside your property by 6am on the morning of your collection. We are unable to carry any item up or down stairs.

No amendments or refunds can be made after the order is placed.

Items that cannot be collected

This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to refuse to take any other hazardous materials/items.

  • Asbestos
  • Builders rubble, plasterboard
  • Car batteries, oil tanks, petrol, diesel, tyres
  • Cleaning products
  • Computer monitors, televisions
  • Cooking oil
  • Creosote
  • DIY waste, paint
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Fluorescent tubing
  • Garden waste - trees, bushes etc (Garden waste collection service available)
  • Garden chemicals
  • Gas bottles
  • Pianos

Items that can be collected

Most large household items eg washing machines, fridge/freezers, wardrobes, tables, sofas, mirrors (wrapped to protect the glass), beds and mattresses (wrapped in plastic).

Our online form will allow you to search for items that we can collect.

Collection day

We can collect your items on set days of the week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Fridges and freezers are collected on Wednesdays. Please see the online booking form for availability.

Cost

Minimum charge of £42.50 applies and all charges are non-refundable.
