How to contact us

Seasonal hours: our offices will be closed from Monday 23 December 2024 and will reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025. Our phone lines and online form will remain open as below.

There are different ways to contact us, the quickest way to resolve most queries is by using our contact us online form. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will ensure the relevant team can action accordingly.

Please note Surrey County Council are responsible for some services, contact Surrey County Council directly for the following:

  • Highways - roadworks, potholes, public safety issues that present an immediate risk etc,
  • Education - school admissions
  • Adult Social Care
  • Community Recycling Centres
  • Blue Badges

Our Reception opening times are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.45pm on Friday.

Contact Centre

For all other enquiries contact our Contact Centre by phone. The usual opening hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. If you know the name of the person or department you wish to speak to you can use our automated switch board service from 8.45am and until 5pm. Please note that the times during which individuals or departments are contactable by telephone may differ from those of the Contact Centre
