View your e-bill
If you have received an email from us advising of an online e-bill, please read the instructions below and click on the link to view your bill.
Once you have signed up for Council Tax e-billing you will no longer receive a paper bill in the post and your bills will be sent to the email address that you signed up with. You can view and download copies of your bill whenever you want to by following these steps:
- Click on the link above to log in to ‘My Reigate & Banstead’.
- Select 'My Council Tax Account'.
- Choose the option to 'View your bill and manage your Council Tax account' and follow the instructions
If this is the first time you are using the 'My Council Tax Account' service, you will need to verify yourself using your Council Tax account number and your online reference. These details are shown on the bill notification email you received.
If you have received a business rates bill, please follow these instructions:
- Click on the link above to log into Citizens Access for business rates
- Choose the option ‘View your Business Rates account’ and follow the instructions.
If you are registering for the first time for a Citizens Access account, please be ready with your business rates account number and your online reference. These details are shown on the email you received telling you there is a bill to view.
